How do I transfer my current residential account over to my sipgate team account?
In order to transfer your current residential account over to a sipgate team account, please use the following instructions:
- Log into your sipgate account and click on Settings.
- Then click on Plans & Locations and then Transfer accounts.
- From here, please enter your Username and Password.
You will then need to follow the instructions provided. Once completed, both the phone number and the remaining account balance will be transferred over normally within 24 hours.
Please note: Once your residential service has been transferred to a sipgate team account, you will be unable to revert back to a residential account
