It is possible that you already have groups in your account that contain more than 20 users. If this is the case we are unable to guarantee that all user devices will ring parallel to each other. It is therefore recommended to reduce the amount of users in each group to 20.

Adding a new user

If you wish to add additional users to a group where the limit has already been reached, you will first need to remove other users from the group.
