The amount of users that can make up a group is limited to 20.

If you have already reached this limit and wish to add a new user to the group, you will firstly need to remove another user from the group before being able to do this.

In order to guarantee that all user devices in the group will ring in parallel, you're limited to adding a maximum of 20 users to a specific group.
