We have personalised instructions in our help centre for the most frequently used devices. Unfortunately, we can not provide instructions for every device or Softphone available on the market. If your device or Softphone is not located here, then please try to configure your device with the following data:

• Domain/Realm: sipgate.co.uk
• SIP Proxy: sipgate.co.uk
• Outbound Proxy: proxy.live.sipgate.co.uk
• STUN-Server: stun.sipgate.net
• STUN-Port: 3478
• Register Expire Time: 600 Seconds
• Username: the device ID
• Authorisation User: the device ID
• SIP-Password: your SIP-Password

To see the configuration information, please proceed as follows:

1. Click on My Settings.
2. Place your cursor over the phone and then click on SIP Credentials.
3. All the information you need to enter is displayed in the following box.
