Setting up voicemail for a group
You can add an answerphone to a group, allowing all calls that meet criteria set by yourself to direct to the answerphone. All members of the group can then access any messages that have been left by the caller.
To add an answerphone, please use the following instructions:
- In the Users & Groups tab, click Groups.
- Select the group for which you wish to add an answer phone.
- Select Voicemail and click on the +Voicemail button.
- The answerphone will be available to use immediately and can be configured at any time.
