In order to access your voicemail from any phone you will need a PIN number.

Please use the following instructions on how to create your PIN number:

Setting up your PIN:

1. Click My Settings then Voicemail.
2. Click on Message Retrieval. Click Edit next to PIN and enter a 4 digit PIN.

You can access your voicemail by using the instructions below:

Listen to voicemail free via your sipgate phone or at normal call rates from other phones

• Dial your sipgate number from your sipgate phone
• Once you hear your voicemail greeting message, press ** to access your voicemail's menu
