Help

This option is available if you want to block callers with an anonymous or a withheld phone number. The caller then receives the announcement that the participant is currently not available.

Please use the following instructions below:

1. Click on My Settings.
2. Then click on Advanced Settings.
3. Once there click on the appropriate button to block anonymous calls.
