How do I setup notifications?

Setting up notifications for specific events

In the Filters & Notifications section, you can attach labels to incoming events through using filters. They are a great way to stay organised and to stay informed while on the go. You will be sent an email notification for every event that takes place.

Please see below instructions on how to do this:

  • Click on Filters & Notifications and then click on the button Add Filter.

Setting up notifications

  1. First select which event you wish to be notified of. (e.g. call or voicmail, incoming or outgoing etc.)
  2. Select the phone number which you wish to be notified of.
  3. You can enter the chosen phone number manually or select your own phone number.

Notification Methods:

  • Select the email address from which you want the notification to be sent.
  • Select an SMS number from which you want the notification to be sent.
  • Choose whether to add a label to your notifications.
  • Choose whether to mark notifications as read and/or archive them.
  • Finally, click on the Save button and your settings will be immediately activated. You can deactivate and change the notifications at any time.
