Creating filters & notifications

You can create filters and notifications for every type of event actioned (calls, faxes and/or voicemails).

Below are instructions on how to create a filter:

  1. Click on Filters & Notifications.
  2. Now click on Add Filter.
  3. Select the event for which you want to create a filter.
  4. Select the events (calls, faxes and/or voicemails) to which you want to add a filter. Then indicate whether you would like to filter a single phone number, user, group and/or external numbers.
  5. Next, determine whether you would like to filter incoming and/or outigoing events.

Below are the following filter options you have access to:

  • Attach label: One or several labels can automatically be attached to the selected phone numbers.
  • Send email to: You will be notified by email if the selected phone number is enabled.
  • Mark as read: The selected phone numbers will always be marked as read in the event list.
  • Star: The selected phone number is marked as important.
  • Archive: The desired phone number is archived without being displayed in the incoming events beforehand.
  • Delete: The event (incoming/outgoing call) will be deleted from the event list.

Finally, if you click on Save, the filters you have created will be immediately activated.

You can delete or change filters at any time. Just click on the desired filter to make the necessary changes.
