From your VoIP phone

1. Click on New Call.
2. In the drop down menu, select the VoIP phone from which you want to call (e.g. your phone number or mobile number).
3. Enter in the phone number you want to call.
4. The call will then be connected as soon as you pick up the receiver.
5. If you want to end the call, hang up or click disconnect.
6. You can also click on last call and your most recently dialled call will made with just one click.

From an external device (such as a landline or mobile)

1. Click on New Call.
2. In the drop down menu, select from device
   
3. Enter in the phone number you want to call.
4. The call will be connected as soon as you pick up the receiver.
5. If you want to end the call, hang up or click disconnect.
